For Shopify stores with 200+ products and no SEO person
Your product pages, rewritten and fixed so search engines and AI shopping answers can find them.
A three-week sprint. We write the titles, descriptions and collection copy for the products that deserve it, fix the structured data and dead URLs, and publish it in your store after you approve the list. $2,900, fixed.
20-minute call first. No store access requested until you approve the work order.
Our own store, one year apart
JCS Fashions is a Shopify apparel store JediTeck owns and runs. These are our numbers, not a client’s.
- Search impressions, US
- 6,168 → 29,205+373%
- Search clicks, US
- 198 → 432+118%
- Products in catalog
- 4,878188 collections
- Orders from organic search, last 90 days
- 91Shopify Analytics, search channel
Google Search Console, US rows, 1–28 Oct 2025 vs 1–28 Oct 2026, pulled 31 Oct 2026. Branded searches for the store name are included in clicks. Shopify Analytics search channel, 2 Aug–31 Oct 2026. Growth over that year came from the catalog, collection and guide work described below plus normal store operations; we do not claim a single cause.
Why product pages
Most of a big catalog is invisible.
A store with a thousand products has a thousand pages that could each answer a specific search. In practice the supplier’s title is the page title, the description is two sentences or a size chart, and the collection page is a grid with no words on it. Search engines index it. AI shopping answers in Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity read the same text, and skip it.
SEO apps template the metadata across every product, which is why so many stores end up with near-duplicate titles. Agencies price this at a monthly retainer and report on rankings. The sprint does the specific thing in between: choose the products that have demand, write them properly, fix what is structurally broken, and publish.
What we do
Three weeks, one work order, published in your store.
Week 1
Baseline and work order
We export your catalog, read every collection and your top 300 product pages by impressions, and capture the Search Console and Shopify search-channel baseline. You get a work order: every URL we plan to change, what changes, and why. You approve, edit or strike rows.
Weeks 2–3
Implementation in your store
We write and publish the approved changes: product titles and meta for up to 100 products, rewritten descriptions for the 30 that matter most, alt text, collection titles and intro copy for up to 20 collections, Product and Breadcrumb structured data checked against Google’s validator, redirects for dead URLs, and two buying-guide pages that link into your collections.
Day 60
Read-out from your own accounts
Impressions and clicks for the changed URLs, and orders attributed to the search channel in Shopify, compared with the kickoff baseline. Raw exports attached. We tell you what moved, what did not, and what we would do next. Continuing is optional.
Included
- Work order covering every URL we touch, approved by you before publishing
- Titles and meta descriptions written for up to 100 product pages
- Full description rewrites for 30 priority products, delivered in a sheet for review first

- Titles, meta and intro copy for up to 20 collections
- Product, Breadcrumb and Organization structured data validated, duplicates from review apps removed

The deliverable
The work order you approve in week one.
One row per URL: what we found, what changes, who does it. The real one runs to 100+ rows and comes as a shared sheet you can edit. Below is an excerpt built from the public pages of our own store.
| URL | Found | Change | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| /products/peach-soft-silk-saree-kolam-butta | Title 98 chars, cut off in results. Meta repeats title. 2 images. | Title: fabric + occasion first. Meta written to the query “soft silk saree with contrast border”. Alt text on both images. | JediTeck |
| /collections/mens-kurta | 8,155 impressions, 13 clicks, avg position 17.7. No intro copy. | Collection title and 120-word intro covering fit, fabric and occasions. Internal links from the men’s guide page. | JediTeck |
| /collections/saree-with-ready-to-wear-blouse | Position 21 for “saree with stitched blouse”, 197 impressions. | Title rewritten to the phrase shoppers use. FAQ block on sizing. Breadcrumb schema added. | JediTeck |
| /products/traditional-jhumka-earrings-* | 4 near-duplicate products share a description opening. | Distinct first sentence per product naming stone colour and finish. One canonical kept per colourway. | JediTeck, you confirm the canonical |
| Review app Product schema | Two Product blocks per page: theme and review app. | Keep one block, merge rating into it, validate in Rich Results Test. | JediTeck |
Sample. Impression and position figures are from our Search Console, 28 Jul–28 Oct 2026. The “change” column shows the format of a sprint recommendation, not work already completed on these pages.

Where this sits
Apps, agencies, or a sprint.
SEO apps ($5–$100 a month)
Good at: Bulk meta templates, alt text, image compression, llms.txt, broken-link redirects.
Gap: Templates produce near-duplicate meta. Nobody writes the actual product copy or decides which 100 of your products deserve it. Edits can vanish on uninstall.
Monthly SEO agency ($1,500–$6,500 a month)
Good at: Full-stack: content, technical, links, reporting.
Gap: Usually unpriced until a call, often a 6- to 12-month term, and reporting that stops at rankings. Shopify-specific depth varies.
This sprint ($2,900 once)
Good at: Product-level copy and structure implemented in your store in three weeks, with a work order you approve and a read-out from your own data.
Gap: No links, no ads, no guarantees. If your store needs those, we say so on the call.
App and agency price ranges from public Shopify App Store listings and agency pricing pages read on 31 Oct 2026. Most agencies do not publish prices; the range shown is from those that do.
How it is measured
Three numbers from your accounts, not ours.
Search Console impressions and clicks for the exact URLs in the work order, kickoff vs day 60. This shows whether the pages are being shown and chosen more often.
Shopify Analytics orders by referrer source = search, same windows. This shows whether search visits are buying.
What we do not report: rankings for keywords we picked, AI-citation counts from third-party tools, or revenue attributed by a model we control. Sixty days is enough to see direction. Seasonality and promotions move these numbers too, and the read-out says so where it applies.

Next step
Request the sprint call.
Tell us the store and its size. Within one business day you get two call times by email. On the call we look at your collections and product pages together and decide whether the sprint fits. If it does not, we tell you what we would do instead.
